1st of June is my Op, so sessions around this date, will have info posted on the site as to what will happen.

BUT.. never fear, PT sessions will go on! There's always a WAY :)

Defining: Simple. Effective. Basics..

What is Simon Says Personal training about, include, consists of..???

A simple question anyone may ask, or help to decide if its what your after.

Answer:
Well, it is what it is..
> Its SIMPLE, fitness exercises for anyone of any type, and its not exercises that don't relate to you and your everyday activities. Start simple, only then can you progress to get more out of your exercise.
> Its EFFECTIVE on you and your everyday life. Once you understand how easy, simple, yet challenging you can make it, you can get fitter, more energetic, and honestly feel better everyday. Why do exercises or fitness that doesn't cater to you, that doesn't mimic movements you will do each day.
> BASICS. Some people underestimate how good, just simple exercises like Push ups, squats, core hold exercises and more.. can still work you hard, or gain you muscle, or lift your cardio.. Think not? well challenge accepted :) you turn up, saying try me! and we'll get started !! :)

BUT!!
everything will always remain under your responsibility..
how hard you work.. How many breaks you take.. Can you stick to a routine outside of the sessions, or are you and procrastination good friends? :)

WHAT about you then?? What do you do?
Fair enough, good question :)
As a trainer who believes 100% in what i preach.. simple, effective, basics, i only give clients exercises i too would do.. As my life has consisted of being an active Footballer (soccer to many), playing and coaching 6 days a week, a sprinter through my school days AND a surfer, sports nut and more in my leisure time, you'd agree i have to be fit and eat well.
So i do the same fitness drills as i teach. CORE first.. STRENGTH & RESISTANCE next.. then CARDIO last, being a mix of sprint drills, and occasional long distance jogs.

Simon Says Personal Training is solely about showing you how easy keeping fit can be.. and that it shouldn't be a chore, take forever, or be the same thing every time.
It's also about striving for betterness! reaching your potential! avoiding sickness! anything that makes your life the best it can be, without feeling like there's excuses for anything.

It may not be for everyone, we all like our own styles.. but if you need motivating, being passionate about your fitness i can promise! :)
